Do you know what eye tracking is?
It's the ability to keep the eyes on target when looking from one object to another - like following a balloon as it darts about in a breeze. It's how we control our eyes.
Even if you have 20/20 vision, if you have poor eye tracking, this can affect your ability to function in a multitude of ways. One way is with reading; you will lose your place reading, and frequently mix up words.
The frustration of having difficulty with eye tracking can appear as ADHD initially, when actually all that's needed is just to strengthen the eyes.
Everyone - not just children - can benefit from strengthening their eyes. We tend to stay indoors now more than ever, affixed to a variety of different devices.
Puzzles are a great way to strengthen your eyes! Some of the best being mazes. A really well-designed maze works GREAT to strengthen your eyes - and helps develop your spatial skills too.
When was the last time YOU got to work through a really awesome maze (and get something wonderful at the end you never expected, too)?
