In today's world we are so device-driven. TVs, cell phones, computers, fitness monitors, home solution systems, and the list goes on. No doubt these things are wonderful and useful, but there is a saying that states:
"Too much of a good thing is a bad thing"
And you know, it's true. Too much of anything, even if it's good, is actually bad for us. We are a species that operates best with moderation applied to all we do.
So be sure you take time on occasion to turn off the TV, walk away from the computer, put down your cell phone.... basically just disconnect. You might be surprised what you can find when you do.
